Non-members are invited to join us for one or both days.  The non-member registration fee is $ 60/day.

We wish to extend a special invitation to small water systems, particularly those in Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties, to attend the meeting. Travel grants for airfare or mileage, lodging and meals will be provided to interested mutuals with less than 500 connections and small and disadvantaged water system officials, upon request.
